Corporate/Studio MacBook Device Guide
Part 1
Power on your Device
Please select your Language and click on Continue
When you are presented with the Accessibility window either select Vision, Motor and/or Hearing plus Cognitive and set them up if required otherwise select Not Now
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password then click Continue
You will see the Remote Management window (1) appear very quickly then a login window (2) where you will be required to enter your WW ID/Okta username and password and click Sign In
Click on Send Push, and accept the push notification on your mobile device (as setup in the Step 1 guide)
In the next window that opens, Create a Computer Account (3), please enter your Full Name as firstname(space)lastname and your Account Name as firstname.lastname plus the password twice that you entered in the previous window and click Continue
In the next window that appears please tick the box 'Enable Location Services on this Mac' and click on Continue
You will then see the Mac Desktop appear and soon after a Welcome window will appear (4), this is where you can take a 15 to 30 minute break while your WW Birthright applications begin downloading and installing
Part 2
FileVault notification
When you are back from your break you will see a notification appear at the top right of the screen amongst others as shown below to the left.
Please click on Options and then Logout, Log back in using your username and password and soon after you will see the two popup messages below appear saying: -
Enable FileVault, click on Enable Now and then on OK on the next message and then proceed to Part 3
Part 3
Google Chrome
Press Command and Spacebar and type Google Chrome into the Search field and click on the Google Chrome app option to open Google Chrome
The screenshots 1 to 7 below will appear in the order shown below, click on Already a Chrome user? Sign in in window 1 and you will now be presented with window 2
Type in your WW email address and click Next
In window 3, enter your FirstName.LastName and the password you created earlier and click Sign in
In window 4 click on Select next to Get a Push notification and press Yes on the notification you just received on your mobile from the Okta Verify app
In window 5 click Yes, I'm in then press Continue in window 6 and to finish click on Set as Default in window 7.
Part 4
Appgate
Press Command and Spacebar and type Appgate into the Search field and click on the Appgate app option to open Appgate
You will now see the left hand screenshot (1) below so please click on Approve
Click on SIGN IN WITH PROVIDER shown in the right hand screenshot (2) below
Google Chrome should now open up a new tab where you are required to enter your WW User ID FirstName.LastName and the password you created earlier and click Sign in.
You will now be prompted by the Okta Verify app on your mobile you setup using the Step 1 guide and you are now authenticated to use all WW applications you are assigned to via https:\\ww.okta.com
