Password reset / Current password is NOT known

On any computer or tablet:


1. Goto https://ww.okta.com

2. Click or Tap on Forgot password? below the blue Sign In button (Screenshot 1)

3. Enter your WW email address and click Next (Screenshot 2)

4. Click on Send me an email (Screenshot 3)

5. Look for the email from noreply@okta.com in your WW mailbox and click on the blue Reset Password button in the body of the email

6. Please enter the answer to your security question and click Verify (Screenshot  6)

7. Enter your password twice and click on the blue Reset Password button (Screenshot 7)

8. Click on the Select button to the right of Get a push Notification and then answer Yes it's me in the Okta Verify app on your mobile
