Before your Official Start Date please email onboard@ww.com for help
From your Official Start Date onwards please use the Slack channel named #it-support for all your IT related issues (you will be automatically added to this slack channel on Day One)
New Employee
Please note that only Appgate, Okta, and Google Workspace apps/tools are available until your Official Start Date
Step 1 - Create a Password & setup your MFA (Okta Verify)
First, you will need to create a password and set up your MFA (OKTA Verify) on your mobile using the following guide here

WW Featured Applications
New Employees - Only Appgate, Okta and Google Workspace apps/tools are available until your Official Start Date
GOOGLE WORKSPACE (Formerly known as GSuite) - Includes collaboration tools like Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites and more
OKTA - Used in conjunction with Okta Verify, Okta is our secure sign-on platform to deliver necessary apps and roles and is required to keep access secure
APPGATE - AppGate is our secure accessibility tool. An Appgate connection is required to access proprietary WW systems and sensitive data
SLACK - Slack is our primary real-time communications platform. Use it to connect with any WW employee globally
ZOOM - Zoom is our video conferencing and meeting platform. Quickly and easily collaborate with colleagues and customers using video or audio
GOOGLE CHROME - Chrome is the supported browser for all WW accessible web tools and sites
SAILPOINT REQUEST CENTER - Used to request access to applications and roles which once approved will appear on your Okta homepage
WORKSPACE ONE (HUB) - Used to provision your corporate device and deliver applications and policy to the device
WW uses and supports the Gmail system for email. The preferred interface is Google Chrome, but other browsers will work as well

How to get email on your Personal Phone
Go to your app store on your phone and download the Gmail App
Once downloaded, click open and then sign in
Choose Google and then click continue
Enter your WW Email Address this will redirect you to OKTA
Enter your OKTA User Name and Password and click Sign in
Validate your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
You now have access to your WW Email via the Gmail App
Calendar
WW uses and supports Google Calendar as its shared calendaring system

How to get Google Calendar on your Personal Phone
Go to your app store on your phone and download the Google Calendar app
Once downloaded, click open and then sign in
Choose Google and then click continue
Enter your WW Email Address and this will redirect you to OKTA
Enter your OKTA User Name and Password and click Sign in
Validate your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
You now have access to your WW Calendar via the Google Calendar App
