Password reset / Current password IS known
On any computer or tablet:
1. Goto https://ww.okta.com
2. In the top right hand corner of the Okta homepage, click on the down arrow to the side of your Name and select Settings from the drop down menu
3. Click on the green 'Edit profile' button above the Password section to the top right of the page
4. Click on Send Push Notification and click Yes, it's me in the Okta Verify app on your mobile
5. You will then be presented with the screenshot below where you can set your new password
